Daily Rates include:

1. The services of a licensed professional hunter
2. All airport and camp transfers
3. Daily laundry services
4. Full accommodation and catering
5. Trackers, skinners and hunting vehicle equipment
6. Skinning and field preparation of trophies
7. Delivery of trophies to a taxidermist/shipping agent
8. Value added tax on the daily

Daily rates do not include:

1. Trophy fees (Note: Wounded animals that are lost have to be paid in full)
2. Airfares
3. Cost of side trips
4. Personal Expenses

Safari Confirmation

A deposit of U$1000, as agreed between the parties will be payable to confirm any booking. Payment can be made either in cash, traveler's cheque or electronic transfer. Personal cheques can be sent to 9400 Star Lane, Bozeman MT, 59715

No refunds on deposits will be made in case of cancellation of the safari

The Safari can be postponed or transferred to a 3rd party.

Liability

Whist all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure the safety and good health of clients, no liability will be accepted for injury, illness and/or losses incurred during or after the safari

Fire-arm requirements

A minimum caliber in the range of 300 Win.Mag is suggested.

Calibers smaller than this minumum can be used on certian species, but will not be allowed on larger species such as Kudu, Eland, etc.

Clients are responsible for the supply of their own ammunition.

It is recommended that a soft rifle bag, in addition to the rifle case, be brought along for transport between hunts.
